Service Charter

The members of Automotive Consulting Engineers Limited are fully committed in providing a professional quality assessment service to our clientele. We will make every endevavour to conform with the following:-

1. We will carry out our clients instructions and produce a balanced and unbiased report to a high professional standard, always remembering that we represent the client client and will comply with the dress code of the Engineers Manual.
2. We will attend the repaier's premises within the specified time scale after the instructions are received. Should any delay occur we will notify the client/repairing agent at the earliest possible opportunity.
3. We will undertake the inspection and provide a report to a professional standard, all information supplied by the client and the contents of the report will remain confidential unless otherwise instructed in writing by the client.
4. All inspection grievances will be investigated promptly and replied to in writing where necessary, within 3 working days.
5. We will maintain and monitor our quality levels at all times using Quality Assurance Questionnaires, random sampling of reports and inspection of displaced parts when retained.
6. We would declare as experts that it is the duty of the expert to help the court on matter within his/her expertise, and that his duty overrides and obligation to the person from whom he/she has received instructions or by whom he/she has been paid.
