Q. Do you have experts in certain fields?
A.Yes, we have engineers who specialise in mechanical component failures and others who are specialists in accident and general bodywork. Fuel and oil analysis or metallugy reports are carrid out in labotory conditions by specically trained personnel.

Q. How much does it cost?
A. Inititally advice is free and will only incur cost where a specific report is required when our fee, inclusive of VAT will be quoted to you in advance.

Q. Can you examine commercial vehicles?

A. Yes, we have a great deal of experience dealing with commercial vehicles.

Q. Will you tell me if you don't think you can help?
A. Yes, if we think your case is worth pursuing we will say so and give you an idea of the costs involved. However, if we feel your case is weak and not worth pursuing you will be advised to that effect and no fee with be incurred.

Q. Can you assist in finding legal assistance?
A. Yes, we have access to solicitors who will be able to help.

Q. Will you go to court if neccessary?
A. Yes, we are fully aware of our commitments. We comply with CPR35 in all its requirements as we understand them.

Q. Do you cover the whole country?
A. Yes, our network of engineers enables us to provide total UK coverage.

Q. Are your engineers responsible to any governing bodies?
A. Each engineer is bound by his professional qualifications and is ultimately responsible to the awarding body. We also comply with CPR35 in its entirety as we understand it.
